Deposit - We regret that your deposit (20% of your total booking cost) charged at the time of booking is non-refundable.

Cancellation - If you cancel your booking within 48 hours of your arrival date or do not take up your booking by 10pm on the day of arrival, you will be charged the remainder of the booking value of your first night's stay.

Check in time - Usually after 3pm unless by prior arrangement, although if you arrive earlier you are welcome to leave luggage with us. If you expect to arrive after 7pm we would appreciate a telephone call to let us know your estimated time of arrival. It is helpful for us to have your mobile phone number for contact purposes.

Payment terms - We accept payment by cash, cheque (accompanied by a valid bank card) Visa debit or cred card and most other Credit cards. We are unfortunately unable to accept Amex. Payment should be made on your day of departure unless by prior alternative arrangement.
